Golf Jackpot is located in Southern California and operates on Pacific Standard Time. Our hours of operations are listed below for your conveneince. We have a voice mail system which we check regularly, so if you reach us during closed hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call promtly. You may also send us an e-mail which we will reply to promptly during the next business day at service@golfjackpot.com.

Shipping
We ship all of our products via UPS and all orders placed before 4:00 PM PST will ship same day pending that the product is in stock and not back-ordered. We also offer expedited shipping to ensure you can receive the product you need in time. You will receive a notification e-mail from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival. If you order total prior to sales tax is greater than $99, you are eligible for FREE UPS GROUND SERVICE. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES! WE ONLY CHARGE THE UPS DISCOUNTED RATE THAT IS CHARGED TO US! We also proudly ship to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers. These packages will ship within 24 hours and will be shipped via USPS.

90-Day Satisfaction Return Policy
At Golf Jackpot, our first concern is your 100% saitsfaction. That’s why we offer the best return policy online! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for full credit back to your credit card within 60 days of purchase. You will also have an additional 30 days to return the product for full store credit to any of our products we offer. Shipping fees will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us. Follow these simple instructions to return your product:
1. Call our toll free number 866-306-5225 during business hours to speak to a customer representative. Ask for a return authorization number and the terms of your return will be discussed.
2. Pack up your product securely and send it to:

Sales Tax
Our apologies go out to our California Customers. Since our business is located in this state, the state and federal governments require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped within California. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to all orders shipped within California. All other non-California customers will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.

If for some reason we do not have the lowest available price offered by an authorized dealer, we will match the competitors price and cover half of the charges for UPS Ground Service. It is important to purchase from an authorized dealer because you avoid purchasing stolen or knock-off type clubs and we can honor the lifetime warrantees offered by the manufacturers.

Damaged Shipments
Occasionally, product is damaged while in transit. It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. Please keep your original packaging slip as you will need it for your return.
If there is obvious damage, please do the following:
1. Call the shipping company (UPS, USPS) as soon as possible to submit a damage report.
2. If you do need to return the products, follow the returns instructions found at this link.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Should you need to return merchandise due to a damaged shipment, Golf Jackpot will promptly replace your merchandise upon receipt of your return.
